At EduBot, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return guarantee on eligible items.

How to Request a Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and full instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
